The invention relates to a device for bridging the connecting joint between a wall and a floor covering with a closing profile, which is arranged in a longitudinal edge region on the floor covering and in the opposite longitudinal edge region in the connection joint, distributed over the length of the connecting flights brackets, which supports a wall leg which are held pressed against the wall by means of at least one spring element supported on the end face of the floor covering, and comprise a support leg which overlaps the floor covering.
In order to ensure a connection joint between a floating floor covering and a wall, it is known (WO 2005/116364 A1) to insert spring elements in the connecting joint, which are supported on the wall on the one hand and on the wall facing the end face of the floor covering on the other hand. The spring elements can be a part of holders for a closure profile, which is supported on the one hand on the wall and on the other hand on the floor covering. The brackets themselves form a wall leg resting against the wall and a bottom leg engaging under the bottom leg, wherein the spring element, for example a leaf spring, is inserted into a slot guide of the wall leg. So that the end profile can be fastened, the wall leg forms a transverse to the floor covering insertion guide for use, which comprises a wall adjacent the wall leg upwardly extending web and projecting from this wall web, the flooring overlapping support legs. The wall bar is equipped with a clamping receptacle for the end profile, which after inserting the insert into the slot of the wall

Schenkels only needs to be plugged onto the clamp receptacle of the wall bridge. The height of the floor covering is determined by the insertion depth of the insert into the insertion guide, wherein the floor covering overlapping support legs results in a plug-in stop. On the one hand, the design effort associated with the clamping receptacle for the end profile is disadvantageous because corresponding receptacle grooves in the end profile must be assigned to the clamping receptacles of the wall web of the insert, which makes the device dependent on the use of certain end profiles. In addition, the connection between the end profile and the wall web of the mounting insert is dependent on the clamping effect of the clamping receptacle of the wall web in the receiving grooves of the end profile provided for this purpose and thus on manufacturing tolerances.
The invention is therefore based on the object auszustaiten a device for bridging the connection joint between a wall and a floor covering so that a high degree of independence from the formation of the end profiles is achieved and independent of a clamping effect, secure attachment of the end profile can be guaranteed.
Starting from a device of the type initially set, the invention solves the problem set, characterized in that the wiper is sheared connected to the support leg of the brackets over an adhesive layer and slidably supported on the above the thickness of the support leg against the flooring above longitudinal edge region on the floor covering ,
By providing brackets that are supported between the wall and the wall facing the end face of the flooring under a spring bias of a spring element and overlap the flooring with a support leg, two requirements are met with simple design means, namely the floating floor covering to form a Keep the connection gap at a distance from a wall and provide a wall-side support for the end profile, so that the end profile can be glued over the wall-side longitudinal edge with the support leg of the brackets during the
3 the longitudinal edge facing the floor is slidably supported on the floor covering to allow for expansions of the flooring, which are absorbed by the spring elements of the brackets. The ground-parallel support of the end profile is thereby ensured by the fact that the bottom-side longitudinal edge region of the end profile optionally projects, taking into account the thickness of the adhesive layer by the thickness of the support leg of the brackets against the floor covering.
The adhesive layer for shear-resistant connection of the end profile with the support flange of the brackets may be provided on the underside of a wall-side edge portion of the end profile. More advantageous conditions, however, arise when the adhesive layer is provided on the outside of the support leg of the brackets, because in this case the length of the adhesive layer can be limited to the extension of the support legs in the longitudinal direction.
A particularly simple construction results when the support member of the brackets is integrally connected to the wall leg and when the wall leg carries the spring element formed as a leaf spring at a distance below the support leg. In this case, only the brackets need to be inserted into the joint between the wall and the floor, before after removing a commonly provided protective cover of the Kie-coat the end profile is glued under an abutment against the wall with the brackets and the floor covering. If the leaf spring is bent out of the wall leg of the brackets, the result is a simple construction. A comparatively large travel can be ensured that the leaf spring is held on one side only on the wall leg and slidably supported with the free spring leg on the wall leg.
If the brackets are to be held in the connecting joint between the wall and the floor covering, the wall limb of the brackets can have a floor leg engaging under the floor covering and a slide rail running transversely to the floor covering for the support leg separated from the wall limb by at least one insertion projection form. The separate support leg insertable into an insertion guide of the wall leg lugs allows a known adaptation to the respective thickness of the floor covering, because the insertion depth of the lugs in the insertion guide is limited by the abutting the floor covering support leg. Although the floor covering engages under ground leg prevents removal of the wall leg of the bracket from the connection joint, but not a release of the support leg from the insertion guide. Thus, an inadvertent release of the connector between wall legs and support legs of the brackets can be prevented, the plug approach may have a cooperating with the insertion guide locking teeth. An additional way to secure the position of the support leg of the brackets is that the support leg of the brackets has at least one locking lug with wall-side projecting, barb-like retention claws, which dig in the wall in an attempt to lift the support legs from the floor. Such a barb-like wedging with the wall is of course also possible with brackets that form a structural unit of wall legs and support legs. The wall leg can advantageously serve as a latching approach in this context.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example. Show it
1 shows a device according to the invention for bridging the connecting joint between a wall and a floor covering in a section transverse to the connecting joint,
2 shows a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1,
Fig. 3 is a representation corresponding to FIG. 1 a design variant of a device according to the invention and
4 is a partially torn-off plan view of the device according to FIG. 3.
The illustrated device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has in the connecting joint 1 between a wall 2 and a floor covering 3 brackets 4, the one on the wall 2 adjacent wall leg 5 and the floor covering 3 übergrei- [102012/50376 ISHb ^ SÄSSS Eöi4vi 5 fenden support legs 6 form. These distributed over the length of the connecting joint 1 brackets 4 are supported by means of spring elements 7 on the front side of the floor covering 3 and thus keep in floating floor coverings 3 a connecting joint 1 free. The brackets 4 but not only form a laying aid for the floor covering 3, but also serve for wall support of a final profile 8 for bridging the connection joint 1. This end profile 8 is supported with its wall-side longitudinal edge 9 on the support leg 6 of the brackets 4 and with the opposite Longitudinal edge 10 on the floor covering 3 from. To compensate for the height of the floor covering side longitudinal edge region 10 on the thickness of the support leg 6 against the floor covering 3 above approach 11. To connect the longitudinal edge 9 with the support leg 6 of the brackets 4 is an adhesive layer 12 which is provided on the side facing away from the floor covering 3 outside of the support leg 6. While the wall-side longitudinal edge 9 of the end profile 8 is connected via the adhesive layer 12 shear-resistant with the Auflagefiansch 6 of the brackets 4, the opposite longitudinal edge 10 supports gieitfähig on the floor covering 3, so that movement of the floor covering 3 relative to the wall 2 through the end profile. 8 is not hindered and the end profile 8 can be kept seamlessly connected to the wall. To mount the end profile 8, therefore, only the protective covers need to be removed from the adhesive layers 12 of the support flanges 6 after insertion of the supports 4 into the connection joint 1, before the end profile 8 can be pressed against the supports 4 for adhesive bonding.
Since the brackets 4 are clamped only under the bias of the spring elements 7 by clamping in the connection joint 1 between the wall 2 and the floor covering 3, the wall leg 5 can be provided with barb-like retaining claws 13 for securing the position of the brackets 4, which is a pulling out of the brackets 4 prevent the connection joint 1.
The device according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from that according to FIGS. 1 and 2 essentially in that the holders 4 are made up of two parts, of which one is the leg of the wall 5 and the other the leg 6 form. The arrangement is made such that the wall leg 5 include a ground leg 14 engaging under the bottom leg 14 and the support leg 6 at least one insertion lug 15 which engages in a slot guide 16 in the wall leg 5. This separation of the brackets 4 into two separate parts is required for the assembly when the wall leg 5 forming part with the bottom leg 14 is to engage under the floor covering 3, because of the support leg 6 forming support member in this case only after the displacement of the wall leg. 5 can be used in the insertion guide 16 of the wall leg 5. Trained as a leaf spring spring element 7 is held centrally in a known manner in a slot guide 17 of the wall leg 5 and is supported by the free ends of the spring legs on the front side of the floor covering 3 from.
The support leg 6 is in turn provided with an adhesive layer 12 for attachment of the cover 8, which is supported in the region of the projection 11 of the longitudinal edge 10 on the floor covering 3 slidably.
In order for the support leg 6 forming support member can be held in its stop position relative to the floor covering 3, the plug projections 15 of the support leg 6 may be provided with a latching tooth, which cooperates with the insertion guide 16. In addition, the support leg 6 at least one locking projection 18 are assigned, which is provided with wall-side protruding barb-like retaining claws 19, to prevent inadvertent release of the support leg 6 from the insertion guide 16.
